Returns Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Vendimia Lighting product. However we appreciate that this may not always be the case and we therefore offer a 14 days returns policy for a replacement item or refund. This excludes items received with a fault and bespoke products which are subject to our returns policy below.

Please contact us immediately if you do not receive your goods within the delivery timescale selected at time your order was placed.

Faulty Products

All our products are fully tested in house prior to dispatch and carefully hand packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However some items are fragile and damages or faults can occasionally occur. If your item does arrive damaged or faulty please email us within 7 days of receipt of item to support@vendimialighting.co.uk together with a photograph to show the fault, if applicable. We will subsequently contact you within 48 hours to discuss a replacement or return item.

Unfortunately we will not accept responsibility for faults reported to us more than 7 days after delivery.

Bespoke Products 

Any bespoke items or products designed specifically for you and therefore not a standard stock item on our website cannot be returned.

Packing Your Returns

Once we have confirmed that we will accept return of a product please use the complete original packaging. Return products must arrive back with us in a fully resalable condition. We cannot accept any returns that are not recieved in their original state or have been damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Please note return charges are at the expense of the customer and any refunds agreed will exclude original carrier charge.
